Floyd was born to the late Willie Dee and Vera Henderson on July 7, 1938 in Atlanta, GA. He was raised in the Cabbagetown Community and attended school in the Atlanta area. Floyd ultimately became an ordained Baptist minister who loved the Lord more than anything and lived to serve Him. He was a kind soul who always had an encouraging word for people and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
