OAK GROVE, LA - Funeral services for Robert Ryan Patrick, age 57 a retired Louisiana State Police Trooper of Oak Grove, Louisiana, will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Harvest Assembly of God Church, 409 Hospital Road in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Reverends Bill Bearden and Paul Ninemire will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 PM on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Harvest Assembly of God Church and again from 10 AM until time of service on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Harvest Assembly of God Church, 409 Hospital Road in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Robert passed into eternal life on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 after an accident at the boat landing of Pittman Houge Hunting Club near Lake Providence, Louisiana.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Megan Dawn Patrick; father, Robert Sellers Patrick, Jr.; mother, Lavelle Lee (Aaron) Patrick; father-in-law, Dewitt Lamar "Skinner" Hankins; and brother, Ted S. Patrick.
Robert is survived by his wife of 34 years, Kimberly Dawn (Hankins) Patrick of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Morgan Leigh (Patrick) Morgan and Fred Clay Morgan III of Sterlington, Louisiana; daughter, Jayda Dawn Patrick of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son, Rylan Jacob Patrick of Oak Grove, Louisiana; mother-in-law, Peggy Hankins of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother and sister-in-law, Luke and Sharon Dawn Patrick of Oak Grove, Louisiana; sister, Wanda (Patrick) Rhinehart of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Delane Hankins of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tommy and Selena Hankins of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother-in-law, Greg Hankins of Oak Grove, Louisiana; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
