(Alexander) Webb of Knoxville, Arkansas; his brother, Larry Webb and wife, Donna of New Hope, Arkansas; his sister, Darla Hunter of New Hope, Arkansas; his brothers and sisters-in-laws, Roger York and wife, Jeannie of Langley, Arkansas; Keith Alexander of Umpire, Arkansas; Steve Alexander of Umpire, Arkansas; Ronald Alexander and wife, Sandy of Umpire, Arkansas; Jeff Alexander and wife, Cheryl of Hot Springs, AR; Carolyn Huffman of Hot Springs, AR; his mother-in-law, Thelma Alexander Phillips of Umpire, Arkansas; his special friends, J.B., Betty and Kim Underhill of Russellville, Arkansas; Danny and Tammy Nichols of Springdale, Arkansas; his Law Enforcement Family; his Clarksville School Family; his Martin Chapel Church Family; David and Donna Chronister; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, family and friends; and his two adopted grandchildren, Carson and Conner Nichols.

Graveside services are 2 p.m., Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Saline Cemetery in Umpire, Arkansas with Jerry Ferguson officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are his nephews and Arkansas State Police Troop J personnel.
