A native of Pembroke, she was born January 9, 1959, the daughter of Thomas “Durwood” Stevens and the late Clara Mae (Owen) Stevens.
She worked at Flynn Enterprises and was a member of Cerulean Baptist Church.
Survivors include her father, Thomas “Durwood” Stevens, Hopkinsville; brothers, Norris Anthony Merrick, Missouri, and Stoney L. Merrick, Fairview, Kentucky.
