Warren Clyde Fields, 60, passed away January 6, 2015, at Duke University Hospital in Durham.

He was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC on December 27, 1955.

Warren was formerly employed by Mueller Steam Specialty Co. as a parts handler and assembler and in maintenance for Long Branch Elementary School.

He was preceded in death by his parents Casper Rene Duvall-Fields and Ida Josephine Fields, and a sister, Diane Dill.

Warren is survived by one daughter, Lindsey Fields of Irmo, SC; one son, Brad Fields of Lumberton; three brothers: Thomas Fields and Craig Fields, both of Lumberton, and George Fields of KY; one sister, Sara O’Daniel of Pittsboro; and two grandchildren, Brady Loschiavo and Madelyn Loschiavo.

The funeral service will be held at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. with Rev. Gene Phillips officiating. The burial services will follow at Fairmont City Cemetery.
