Thomas Duvall Fields, 67, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on February 7, 2021 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton.
He was born on March 27, 1953 in Pitt County, NC.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Casper Rene Fields and Ida Josephine Nye-Fields; two brothers, Warren Fields and George Barry Fields; one sister, Diane Dill; and a grandson, Hunter Pearson.
He is survived by his wife, Penni Fields of Gray, GA; one son, Troy Fields (Ciara) of Gray, GA; two daughters, Marcy Pearson (Michael) of Oklahoma City, OK and Joanna Rooks of Norman, OK; one brother, Craig Fields (fiancée, Robin) of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Sara O’Daniel of Pittsboro, NC; and nine grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Fairmont Cemetery in Fairmont with Jean Phillips officiating.
