Paul and Judy were married for 45 years and together raised 6 children; Peter Hester, Christine Casale, Loretta (Lorrie) Rozkuszka, Joseph May, Deborah Prodoehl (Kevin) and Judy Vuich. Paul was adored by his 9 grandchildren; Christopher Casale, Timothy & Kyle Rozkuszka, Michael & Daniel May, Jennifer Golden (Matthew) & Andrew Prodoehl (Brooke) and Nicole & Joseph Vuich. Paul cherished his 7 great-grandchildren; Anna, Reese, Riley, Rae, Remmi, Zadie, William and his expected great-grandson due in April. Paul was a loving brother and brother-in-law to the late Dr. Edward & Mrs. Mary Hester, Laura & the late Sam Sanchez and JoAnn MacDonald. Paul was a loving Uncle to a great number of nieces and nephews and a dear friend to many.
Paul was Product Manager and Merchandising/Sales Promotion Manager at Skill Power Tools and then the Consumer Products Marketing Manager at Rust-Oleum. In the 1970's, he opened Sentry Security, a company he owned and operated successfully for 35 years. Paul was the Treasurer and President of the Illinois Electronic Security Assn from 2001-2005. An Equity Owner and Board Officer of the Cary Country Club and a member of the Arlington Hts Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Knights of Columbus. Paul was always on the go. He was a devoted Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks fan. Paul loved to golf and fish and enjoyed boating, shooting, and traveling with his wife, family, and friends. Strong in faith as a Catholic, he was an active parishioner at St. Edna in Arlington Hts, IL, and St. Steven’s in Sun Lakes, AZ. Paul was best known for his ability to engage in good conversation. All his stories were filled with history, facts, and much laughter and usually a break out in the song “Ein Prosit”. He could make a stranger feel like an old friend in minutes. Paul will be dearly missed by his family and friends who loved him deeply.

Visitation Saturday, February 13, 2021, at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois from 9:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, Illinois.
