Services for Mrs. Glenda deNux Edwards will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at St. Gerard Catholic Church in Jonesville with Reverend Joseph Xavier officiating. Burial will follow in the Heard Cemetery in Manifest under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Mrs. Edwards, 83, of Jonesville, was born November 1, 1937 in Marksville, and passed from this life on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her home in Jonesville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Edwards; parents, Bill deNux and Juliette Barbin deNux; and sister, Sandra deNux.
Those left to cherish in her memory include her sons, Keith Edwards, Craig Edwards, Henry Edwards, and Brad Edwards all of Jonesville; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dan Edwards, Clint Edwards, Joe Edwards, Luke Edwards, Dusty Edwards, Lake Edwards, Brad Edwards, and Wes Edwards.
