Suzanne Peacher Glenn, 45, of Amarillo died Friday, Sept. 2, 2005.
Memorial services will be at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Stephen United Methodist Church West Campus with the Rev. Rusty Sieck officiating. Private family burial was held Saturday in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Ms. Glenn, daughter of Billy and Polly Peacher, was born in Clarksville, Tenn., on Sept. 16, 1959. Suzanne lived in Amarillo for the majority of her life. She graduated from Tascosa High School and attended Texas Tech and received her bachelor of science from West Texas A&M University. She brought abundant joy to all of the many whose lives she impacted, from her students in the library at Carver Elementary to all of her family and friends. She had an amazing passion for life, a fiery sense of humor, a kind and caring spirit and a love for reading. One of her dearest friends described her as "funny, witty, smart, compassionate, clever, cute and kind." Her motto was Life, Love and Laughter.

One of Suzanne's most significant accomplishments was raising two beautiful and talented children, Benjamin and Beth Ann, whom she loved more than words can ever express. She was a founding member of St. Stephen's West Campus and the Lord blessed her with a wonderful church family and a close family of "birthday club" friends. She will be dearly missed but close to the hearts of all of those who loved her so.

Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. I Thessalonians 5:16-18.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Polly.

Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Glenn of Amarillo; a son, Robert Benjamin Glenn IV of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Janet "Peaches" Homen and husband, Donny, of Amarillo and Jennifer Peacher DeLuca and husband, Graham, of Dallas; and her father, Billy Peacher of Amarillo.

The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, in care of Olivia's Angels, or to Carver Elementary Library.
