Obituary of Janice Ann Gill

Janice A. Gill, 79, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday January 30, 2021 at UHS Delaware Valley Hospital after a brief illness of Covid-19 related complications.

Janice was born July 17, 1941 in Hamden, NY the daughter of Seba and Annetta (Bush) Hornbeck.

Janice graduated from Walton High School in 1959. She retired from Amphenol Corporation as a Supervisor of Dept. 35 in 1995. After retirement, Janice attended and graduated from Sullivan County Community College. In Jan's earlier years of retirement, she enjoyed many Bus trips with friends and former coworkers, craft shows and leather work.

Janice enjoyed and cherished all the time she was able to spend with her family, especially grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Janice spent much of her retirement either taking care of or doing things for others.

Anyone who was fortunate enough to meet Janice were always welcomed into her home and treated as if they were family and became lifelong friends. Janice maintained many treasured friendships and was cherished and loved by everyone who had the opportunity to be part of her life just as much as she was blessed by all those who were part of her life.
