Mrs. J. E. Morgan, 82, of Moorhead, died today at the Golden Age Nursing Home.
Services will be held from Wilson and Knight Chapel Thursday at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. A. L. Meadows officiating. Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery near Winona.
She was a member of Moorhead Methodist, church and for many years made her home in the New Hope Community.
Surviving are three sons, I. L. Morgan and Eddie Mack Morgan of Oxford, and Adlai Morgan, Jackson; five daughters, Mrs. J. D. Brown and Mrs. J. A. Ingram, both of Columbus; Mrs. V. C. Beavers and Mrs. Jan Baker, both of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and Mrs. J. A. Mcintosh, Ashboro, N.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Sam Howard and Mrs. Arnold Blaylock, both of Winona; two brothers, V. D. Cheatham, Inverness and Shelton Powell, Doddsville; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
