He is preceded in death by brother-in-law Tom Steinbach of Denver, CO; stepson Gregory Santa Cruz of Grand Junction, CO; Tio Mel Nuanez of Denver,CO; and Tia Della Ulibarri (Nuanez) of Denver, CO. Tomas was born on June 18, 1953 to Tom and Rosie Gregory. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Construction Management from Front Range Community College.
