James Cecil Duff - age 92 of Lenoir City passed away Friday evening, February 5, 2021. Cecil was a life-long member of Oral Baptist Church and a retired machinist from the Oak Ridge Y-12 Plant. Preceded in death by wife his of 65 year, Norma Lynn “Bobbie” Chamberlain Duff. He is survived by his daughter Jannie (KT) Totty; son, Alan Duff; grandchildren: April Hearon, Emily Duff, Sarah (Jason) Woody, Ben (Sarah Katherine) Totty, and Abigail (Ben) House; great-grandchildren: Courtney (Josh) Gardner, Ryan Taylor, Andy Clayton, Jacob Hearon, Lexie and Tinley Woody, Stella and Lola House, and Henry Totty; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Kenneth Wilkerson; two great-great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews. Friends may come by the funeral home on Monday, February 8th to pay their respects at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Family and friends will gather at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Oral Cemetery for graveside services. He is a descendant early Roane County, TN settlers including Carlisel Vaughn Duff and Letitia Luttrell as well as Thomas Fergurson Carter and Elinor Walker (daughter of Buckner Walker and Margaret ‘Peggy’ McKay/McKain.
