Thelma Louise Britton, 76, died Sunday, November 3, 1996 at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital. Born October 31, 1920 in Jessamine County, she was the daughter of the late John and Loma Harley Graham. She was the widow of Davis Haldon Britton. She was a homemaker and member of the Cornishville Christian Church. Survivors include: four sons, Charles (Buddy) Britton, Harrodsburg, John Brewer Britton, Danny Ray Britton and Larry David Britton, all of Mercer County; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Sims and Mrs. Frances Russell, both of Mercer County; four grandchildren, one step grandchild and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Graham. Services for Mrs. Britton were held Wednesday, November 6, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Marcus Prather officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
