Ms. Jo Anne Harper, age 69, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at her residence. She was born February 1, 1950 in Erin, TN, daughter of the late Charles and Thelma Lorine McCord Barfield.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy "Bull" Harper. Survivors include her son, Greg Harper (Ellen), Indian Mound, TN, significant other, Lon D. Turner, Indian Mound, TN, brothers, Tom Barfield (Diane), Ray Barfield (Gail), Leon Barfield all of Indian Mound, TN, Hank Barfield (Denice), Savannah, TN, sister, Barbara Austin (Malcolm), Indian Mound, TN, three grandchildren, William Harper, Cody, Westerman, and Brittany Westerman, and one great grandson, Ethan Norfleet.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Friday, September 20, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Roland Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at Nunn Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 19th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm as well as Friday, September 20th from 10:00 am until the time of service, at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Ray Barfield, Leon Barfield, Hank Barfield, Tom Barfield, Malcolm Austin, and William Harper.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, Tennessee.
