Mrs. Ann B. Bennett, 85, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 4, 2021.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 1:30 PM at Pinewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Bennett was a native and lifelong resident of Pitt County. She attended East Carolina University and later became employed by ECU, Pitt County Memorial Hospital, and Walter Jones ARC. She retired after 25 years plus years of service.
Mrs. Bennett was preceded in death by her parents, James and Louise Brewer; husband, Joe Bennett; and niece, Emily Bright.
She is survived by her brother, Clark Brewer and wife, Sara; sister, Judy Bright; step-daughters, Karen Sanford and husband, Mike; and Kelly Cochran and husband, Jim; grandchildren, Nicholas Sanford and Sarah Sanford; niece, Kerri Flinchbaugh and husband, Michael; and nephew, Jim Brewer and wife, Allison.
