Suddenly at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Sunday, September 2, 2007. Age 37 years.
Survived by his parents Steven and Kathleen Weber of Minooka, a sister Stephanie Weber and a brother Joshua Weber. His grandmothers Phyllis A. Zucker of Wilmington and Norma Hamilton of Plainfield. An aunt and uncle Anne and Dave George of Plainfield. Also survived by numerous cousins.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Fred A. Zucker (2005).
Graduate of Joliet Township High School Central Campus class of 1988. Lifelong member of the Lutheran Church, confirmed at Peace Lutheran Church and attended St. Peter Lutheran Church. Jeff enjoyed spending time at his grandparents home on the Kankakee River boating and gathering with family and friends. He was the type of person to always lend a helping hand especially during the Plainfield Tornado in 1990. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.


Funeral Information
Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road, Thursday, Sept. 6th at 10:00 A.M. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held WEDNESDAY from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Memorials to St. Peter Lutheran Church Organ Fund will be appreciated.
