Marie Y. Watson "Bonnie", 83 passed away February 2, 2021, in Corsicana. Burial will be at Dresden Cemetery.

She was born in the vanished community of Pisgah Ridge, Texas, on September 19, 1937, the daughter of the late John Churchman and Addie Grace Arnold. She attended Mildred ISD. She went to Cosmetology College in Corsicana.

Bonnie was a member of Harmony Christian Ministries. She also attended 11th Ave Baptist Church for many years in which she was the secretary. She loved her family and friends.

She worked as a beauty operator at Country Meadows Nursing and Rehab Center for many years. She loved playing games with her best friend Eva Nell Hill. She enjoyed spending time with her dog, Bobby. She always had a joke to tell.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Watson; brother, Bob Churchman; and sister, Reda Bell.

Survivors include her sons, Wallace Watson, of Corsicana, and Eddie Watson and his wife, Rita, of Frost, daughter, Tracy Brown and her husband, Ricky, of Corsicana; honorary son, Rick Herron, of Corsicana; grandchildren: Joey and Becky Watson, of Fairfield, Amy and Dow Scott, of Fairbanks, Alaska, Christina and Bobby Terry, of Corsicana, and Jeffery and Cissy Brown, of Corsicana; great-grandchildren: Jeffrey Watson, Grady Watson, Maggie Scott, Eli Terry, Baileigh Terry, and Rhett Brown.
