Andrew Leon Bell, Sr., was born on July 29,1964, in Titusville, FL, to Willie James Bell and Betty Brown Bell Knibbs.

Leon attended Titusville High School and enlisted in Job Corp after high school, where he was certified in masonry. Shortly thereafter he settled in Pennsylvania.

He gave his life to Christ years ago and lived a quiet life in Mechanicsburg, PA, while making his living as professional truck driver.

Leon was preceded in death by his father, Willie James Bell, and brother, James Monroe Bell.

He is survived by a daughter, Chauncey Bell, son, Andrew Leon Bell, Jr., granddaughter Ricki; mother, Betty Jean Knibbs of Titusville, FL; two sisters, Michelle Evans (Eric) of Titusville, FL, and LaRhanda Jones of Winter Springs, FL; two brothers, Phillip B. White, Jr. (Soraya) of Riverview, FL, and Vernon White (Veleka) of Riverview, FL; sister- in-law Michelle D. Bell of Oviedo, FL; nieces and nephews, Androse Bell (Lakeshia) of Daytona Beach, FL, Anastasia Perkins (Adam) of Jacksonville, FL, Alexandrla Carter of Jacksonville, FL, Terrance Jones of Winter Springs, FL, Cameron Bell of Orlando, FL, Saphia White, Phillip B.
