Ian Chandler Bennett, 4 months, went to be with the Lord Jan. 24 at Castle Medical Center in Kailua, Hawaii. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii Sept. 7, 1988.

Preceded in death by grandfather, Herbert R. Parker, he is survived by parents, Gunnery Sgt. John L. Bennett, Jr., U.S.M.C., and Kimberly; brothers, twin Cameron Scott Bennett and Leslie Jamieson; sister, McKenzie Rae, all of Kailua, Hawaii; stepsister and stepbrother, Twila Rose and John III, both of Akron; grandparents, Mrs. Ruby Parker, Mrs. Evelyn Bennett and John Bennett; great-grandmother, Mrs. Janie McDay, all of Akron; aunts, Mrs. Leslie Parker Barnes, Mrs. Karen Graham and Mrs. Luetta Daniels, all of Akron; and uncles, Arthur Bennett of Los Angeles, Calif., Ernest Bennett of Georgia, Troy Bennett of Akron.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, 12 to 1 p.m., with services immediately following, at the Turner & Rhoden Memorial Chapel, Rev. Roy Gary officiating, with words of comfort by Rev. Charles Gladman. Interment at Mt. Peace Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 116 E. North St., Apt. B. (JERRY JONES JR. FUNERAL SERVICES)
