Betty Jean Singletary

Betty Jean Singletary, age 70 of Opelika, formerly of Kinsey, passed away Monday afternoon at her home surrounded by family following an extended illness.

Graveside services for Betty Jean will be held at 11am Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in the Webb Cemetery with Reverend Joel Lassiter officiating and under the direction of Family First Funeral Care. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the Webb Baptist Church, 310 Wallace Buie Road, Webb, AL 36376.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Patrick Dobbins of Opelika; five sisters, Earnestine Woods of Dothan, Geraldine Hall of Dothan, Noreen (Bill) Whitestone of Panama City Beach, FL, Jeanine (Randall) Tew of Headland and Maxine (Craig) Martin of Headland; a brother, Bill Jones of Letohatchee; two sister-in-law, Sara Kelly of Navarre, FL and Becky (Bobby) Taylor of Webb; several nieces and nephews and a special caregiver, Ashley Holmes also survive.
