Born Aug. 14, 1890 in Greene Township, Jay County, her parents were Henry and
Emma (Taylor) Silvers. She was married Jan. 16, 1909 to Charles L. Dugan. He died Oct.
17, 1943.
Mrs. Dugan was a member of the Hopewell E.U.B. Church.
Surviving are one son, William K. Dugan, Portland; two grandsons; three greatgrandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday at 10:30 am at the Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home,
Portland. Rev. Harry Dull will officiate. Burial will follow in Claycomb Cemetery.
