David "DJ" Hardy, Jr. was born in Omaha, Jan 21, 1991 to VeNessa Strong-Hardy and David Hardy Sr. DJ was known as "Goofie" to many people which perfectly explained his ultimate personality. He was an amazing soul that brought light with him everywhere he went. He had an infectious smile with an incredibly optimistic attitude. His life tragically ended on January 23, 2021 by a motor vehicle accident.

He is survived by his grandma, Tina Wood (David); parents, David Hardy Sr. (Donniel) and VeNessa Strong-Hardy (Bill); sisters, Anisa Strong, Ketia Kellogg and DaVine Hardy; brother, Davell Hardy; 4 nephews, 3 nieces, many aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, Feb. 6th, 3pm, with VISITATION from 1-3pm, Roeder Mortuary - Ames Chapel. Repass: Grass Wagon, 6pm.
