J. Calvin Skinner
Lowell, Jan 26. – Calvin Skinner, a life-long citizen of this place, died suddenly yesterday morning of heart failure. He rose at the usual time and complained of pain in his chest. His wife began preparing a mixture to relieve the pain when he threw up his hands and sank back and died. Mr. Skinner and his wife went to a school entertainment the night before and he seemed in perfect health. He had been a member of the M. E Church a number of years. The funeral will be held at the home on Tuesday at 1 o'clock

J. CALVIN SKINNER
The death of J. Calvin Skinner, whose funeral occurs from his late residence near Lowell, this county, to-morrow afternoon, was very sudden. He had attended a social the evening previous and retired feeling as well as usual. While dressing the next morning, he complained of pain in the region of the heart and a few minutes later, breathed his last. His widow and two brothers survive. He was widely known and every where highly esteemed.
