Annette (Meyer) Crawford, 98, of Little Rock, Arkansas, died Monday, February 1, 2021.

She was born May 13, 1922, in Lake Village, Arkansas, a daughter of the late John and Myrtle (Butler) Meyer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paschel Lee Crawford after 52 years of marriage and her daughter, Patti Walker. Mrs. Crawford attended Little Rock General and Business College. Her first career was in sales with Fausett Real Estate. In 1963 she made the largest sale the company had made to that point. In 1968, she opened Annette’s Fashion Lane, a dress shop, and owned and operated that business until 1993. Annette was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, where she served as President of her class for 12 years and set up trips for her class every month. She loved to travel, and spent time on trips to Egypt, the Holy lands, Rome, Italy, and England. She is survived by children, John Crawford and wife Susan; granddaughter, Judge Kim C. Bridgforth and husband David; great grandchildren, Dr. John D. Bridgforth and wife Morgan; Dr. Elizabeth Hartz and husband Witt. The family would like to express their appreciation to Briarwood Nursing and Rehabilitation for all of the care and assistance given to Annette and the family over the last three years. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation in Mrs. Crawford’s honor to Asbury United Methodist Church, 1700 Napa Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72212. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park.
