Patricia Brooks, 88, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021. Patricia was born on January 3, 1933 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Elsworth “Shug” and Pluma Roe.
She was a retired cosmetology instructor for the House of James. Her family will fondly remember her as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Brooks and grandson, Cody Carver.
Survivors include her children, James W. Jelf, Jr. (Gloria) and Julie Carver; grandchild, Jami Lomax; great grandchildren, Darian Lomax and Jolie Miles.
Patricia’s family has honored her wish for cremation. Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road, has been entrusted with arrangements.
