Megan Nicole Green, age 21, of Turners Station, Henry County, KY, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was born on September 8, 1999 in LaGrange, Oldham County, KY to Luke Dwayne Green and Kendra Nicole Purvis Johnson. Megan was a member of the English Christian Church. She was a Graduate of Henry County High School, had attended Jefferson Community College and was ready to begin classes at Eastern Kentucky University when she fell ill. She aspired to be a teacher.

Her survivors include; her father; Luke Dwayne Green of Turners Station, KY, the aunt and uncle who raised her; Amy and Jeff Shea of Turners Station, KY, her paternal grandparents; Peggy and Randy Berry of Turners Station, KY, her maternal grandmother; Debra Lockridge of Madison, IN, her maternal grandfather; Dwain Purvis of Bedford, KY. She is preceded in death by; her mother; Kendra Nicole Purvis Johnson, a brother; Sevin Johnson and three sisters; Mekenzie, Mya and Glenna Johnson.

Due to Gov. Andy Beshear’s Covid19 mandates, Social Distancing will be observed and all visitors must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth.
