Joshua Lee Wheatley, age 36 of Raywick, passed away Sunday, January 31st, 2021 at UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was born August 17, 1984 in Marion County. He was a former employee of TG Kentucky and a construction worker.

Joshua was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Smith Wheatley (2009).

Survivors include three daughters, Leanna, Natalie and Courtney Wheatley all of Raywick; his father, Thomas Michael Wheatley, Sr. of Raywick; three brothers, Thomas Michael Wheatley, Jr., Jason Case Smith and Cedar David Smith all of Raywick; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Friday, February 5, 2021 at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 108 Main Street, Raywick. Rev. David W. Naylor will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 PM Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 PM by Rev. Joseph R. Dant.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral home is limited to 50% occupancy. Face coverings are required, and food and drink are prohibited.
