Vivian Gerlene ‘Jerry’ Wilson was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world on January 30, 2021 at age 93. She was born to Arch and Marie Noblett on August 6, 1927 in Danville, Arkansas. She met her husband Herman at the Trianon ballroom in the late 1940’s. Together, they raised 3 children: Donna Kaye, Rick and Paula. Jerry loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She enjoyed sewing and crafting with sequins as well. Later in life, she spent much time volunteering at church by working at the CUBE. She did life her way and was able to spend her last days in her home cared for by Josh. She wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

Jerry was preceded in death by her husband Herman, her daughter Paula, and her brother Archie Dean Noblett. She leaves behind her son Rick, daughter Donna Kaye as well as grandchildren Josh, Katie, Terry, Jonathan, and David, her sister Kathy Jennings and her sister-in-law Joyce Noblett. In addition she has five great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends from her church.

Graveside services will be 2pm, Monday, February 8, 2021 at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude’s on her behalf.
