Survivors include: sons, Wayne Carter and Gilbert Flanagan; 2 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 3 great-grandsons; sisters, Bernice Hettich and Eunice Day; brother, John Allen; niece, Janis Stevenson; and numerous friends. The family will receive friends, Monday, from 3:00 until 5:00 PM, at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held, 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 16, 2007, in Grove Hill Memorial Park. Rev.
