Kevin Michael Henry went home to be with his Heavenly Father on January 24th, 2021. Kevin was born on April 7th, 1967 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He attended John Marshall High School where he was a member of the National Art Honor Society, and received the Juror’s Choice Award with artwork selected for exhibit in the Governor’s Gallery. After high school, Kevin obtained an Associate’s Degree in Finance, and a Certificate of Mastery in Applied Banking and Finance.

Kevin’s true passion was sharing the love of God. From 1990 to 1994, Kevin served as Associate Pastor for Faith Tabernacle, where he established and directed a “small groups” program, which included training and leadership to volunteer teams. As a minister and a devout Christian, it remained Kevin’s mission to share his love for Christ with his family, friends and all who crossed his path. One of Kevin’s God-given gifts was his unique sense of humor and his endearing way of making others laugh.

Kevin was also a business visionary. He was gifted with the ability to see unique opportunities and talents and created many programs and cutting-edge ventures to advance business endeavors. In 1995, Kevin went to work for Guaranty Bank as Vice President where he directed operations, strategic planning, and advancement of organizational initiatives. In 1998, Kevin established Computer Connection, Inc., which has become Oklahoma City’s largest computer retailer and service center. In 2003, Computer Connection was recognized as one of the top five fastest growing businesses in Oklahoma City, and received favorable notice in Oklahoma City’s Reader’s Choice Awards for multiple years.

Kevin’s life will be forever cherished by his wife, Beth and his son, Zachary; his mother, Lynda; his brothers, Christopher, and Brian and wife Lindsey; his sister, Kelly McNeill and husband Cody; also nephews and nieces, Kyle, Brooklyn, Gabe, Hayes, Barrett and Piper; cousins, Loralyn Biggers and husband Mathew, and daughter Caelyn Hamilton; Russell Haxel and his children, Robi, Klaire and Rylan; his “Mom” Sue Sookne; brothers-in-law, Paul Andrews and his wife Terri, and daughters Monica and Kayla Manrique; David Andrews and his wife, Brandi, and their children, Asher and Adelynn; plus a host of treasured friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his dad, Mike, his aunt and uncle, Diane and Mike Haxel, his father-in-law, Jim Andrews and his brother-in-law, John Andrews.

Viewing will be Monday, 9am-8pm, with family present from 5-7pm at Mercer-Adams. Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Life.Church, 2001 N.W. 178th, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73012 with interment following in Rose Hill Burial Park.
