Louis Gene Wilson, age 84 of Macclenny passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Ascension’s St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville. He was born in Lake City on September 18, 1936 to the late Mr. Milton M. and Shirley (Walden) Wilson. Mr. Wilson loved his church family, singing and playing his guitar whenever the opportunity arose. In his free time, Louis enjoyed fishing and restoring vintage vehicles. He also worked as a mechanic, owning his own business ‘Mechanic on Wheels’ for over twenty five years.
