She married Ece Fletcher Smith on June 11, 1960, at his passing they were married 46 years and 3 months.
She was a homemaker, a helper to Alene Gunter caring for Ivy Gunter. She also spent many years caring for children from birth to kindergarten age. At one time she took care of eight children from three families that blessed her life. It was truly what she loved to do.
Faye is survived by daughter Theresa Tabor and Waco, son Ece Scott Smith and Rene’; Four grandchildren, Woodrow Tabor (Jamie), Chelsea Murray (Jeff), Carridan (Alisha), Danielle Smith, Nikki, Garrett and Jessica; Nine great grandchildren, Ellianna, Ece, Eryx, Extyn, Eva, Eyn and Eirlyn (Cary’s), Collette (Woodrow’s) and Brooklyn (Danielle’s).
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the Prosperity Bank Community Room at 1 PM
