Marcia Rae Russell, 69, of Eufaula, passed away on February 1, 2021 at the St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Marcia was born on October 12, 1951 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Albert Arnold and Sarah Francis (Emanuel) Russell. She attended school Midwest City Schools. In her younger years, Marcia loved traveling with her family going to horse races. In 1972, she moved to the Eufaula area with her parents. Marcia enjoyed card games, watching Wheel of Fortune, and bird watching. She would always put up feeders. Marcia was a member of the Lindsay Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include: brother in-law, Tony Rackley, of Eufaula; cousin, Keith Russell, of Mustang; nieces: Tracy Keplinger and Kim Curtis, both of Oklahoma City; great nephew and nieces: Tyler Curtis, Sarah Maldonado and Madison Maldonado. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Cheryl Rackley.
