Frances C. Harmon, 86, of North Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday. Frances graduated from the Rome School for the Deaf, where she met the love of her life, Robert. Frances and Robert later married and were inseparable for the next 61 years. She enjoyed being with her family and friends. She cherished the time she spent with the deaf community and at St. Lucy’s Church. Frances retired from Julius Resnick Purse Factory.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert L. Harmon Sr.; sons, Robert Jr. of Syracuse and William R. (Mary) Harmon of Liverpool; three grandchildren, Jordan, Aubrie and Courtney Rose all of Liverpool; a sister, Diana Howard of Clinton; two nieces and one nephew.

A funeral Mass will be Saturday 10 AM at St. Lucy’s Church, 432 Gifford St., Syracuse, NY 13204.

Frances’ family would like to extend a warm Thank You to the caring staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Unit 2-8.

Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Lucy’s Church.
