He was born February 20, 1942 in Pyatt, Arkansas, the son of Otis Woodrow and Delsie Ellen (Tabor) Bowling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Tina O’Bryan: and a son, Donald Bowling.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Donna Bowling; a son, James Bowling (and his wife, Tammy) of Van Buren; three daughters, Debra Mercer (and her husband, David) of Bronwood, Georgia, Crystal Waltz (and her husband, Glen) of Battle Ground, Indiana and Dawn Pangle (and her husband, Lonnie) of Pineville, Missouri; a sister, Peggy Jo Case (and her husband, Charlie) of Farmington, Arkansas; a brother, Cliff Bowling (and his wife, Loretta) of Waterford, California; twelve grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday February 4, 2021 at Moore’s Chapel.
Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Friday at Moore’s Chapel.
Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
