Services Held Wednesday (September 7, 1977) for John Trahan
Funeral services were held Wednesday (September 7, 1977) at 2 p.m. at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Duson for John Willis Trahan, Sr. 37, of Duson who died Tuesday (September 6, 1977) at the New Orleans Charity Hospital.
Burial followed in the church cemetery under the direction of Gossen Funeral Home.
He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth and Donna Trahan of Duson, one son, John Willis Trahan, Jr., of Duson; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Firmin Trahan of Duson; three brothers, Audrey and Paul Trahan of Duson and Gerald Trahan of Houston; and two sisters, Mrs. Joyce Stutes and Mrs. Jane Lytle of New Iberia.
