Barbara Kay (Baker) Williams, 65, formerly of Butler, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 31, 1955, in Butler County. She moved to Arizona in 2002, and remained there until her passing.

She was known as a free spirit, who loved turquoise jewelry and learning about Native American culture. She was always smiling when you saw her, and she enjoyed taking pictures of everyone she met.

Above all else, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Jessica (Mark) Smith and Shannon (Michael) Stehle.
She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Skylar, Aiden, Stesha, Kellen and Mara; and her siblings, Tom (Vickie) Baker, Linda (Butch) Kaylor and Julie Baker; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Everett "Pete" Baker and his wife, Rita Baker; and her mother, Margaret Baker.

WILLIAMS - Local arrangements for Barbara Kay (Baker) Williams, who died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, were handled by SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
