Susie Ann Ray, 80, of Columbus, GA passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020 at St. Francis surrounded by her loving family. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 4, 2020 at Parkhill Cemetery.
Ms. Ray was born March 27, 1940 to the late Jimmie and Mary Bowens. She worked and retired from Dolly Madison Bakery after thirty years. She was a member of the Interstate Brand Confectionary Union. She had a passion for gardening and her two fur children, Dumpling and Daisy.
Survivors include her children, Donna Sue Ray, Vickie Ray Duty, and Wendy Ray Rouse; grandchild, Leslie Ray Kwiatek; sister, Marie Fleming and numerous other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
