Christopher W. Gillespie, age 38 of Walden, NY, passed away on January 26, 2021 at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, NY. He is the beloved son of William H. Gillespie and the late Linda E. Correll, he was born on April 3, 1982 in Newburgh, NY.
Chris worked as a custom auto upholsterer for Gillin Custom Design in Middletown, NY. He had a passion for upholstery and was featured in several national magazines. He also loved camping, karaoke and spending time with his wife and friends playing video games.
Chris is survived by his wife, Melissa Gillespie; father, William Gillespie and step-mother, Linda Gillespie; brother, James Gillespie; sisters, Rachel Estes and Rebekah Hall and her husband Kevin; as well as loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and many friends.
