Surviving besides his wife Linda are his daughters, Lisa K. Gray and special friend, Mark Trost of Pigeon, Christy M. Kring and her husband Douglas of Spring Arbor, Michelle L. Gray of Murray, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Kyle R. Briggs, Kayla M. Kring, and Zachary D. Kring. Also surviving is his sister, Pam Elliott and her husband Don of Flint. In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law Mardean and Mark Armentrout.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from the St. Michael’s Lutheran Church in Richville. Reverend Wesley Gillaspie will officiate with private family committal service to follow in the St. Michael’s Cemetery. Lynn’s family will receive friends at the Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Home, 9940 Saginaw Street in Reese on Monday from 3-7 p.m. There will be no calling hours at the church before the service.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the visitation must be limited to 25 guests at a time. Masks are required for both the visitation and service and individuals are asked to follow social distancing practices.
