He was born on January 25, 1927 to Claude and Shirley Lomax Parker, in Moulton, Tx.
Calvin was proud to serve his country in the United States Army, fighting in World War II April 1945 to December 1946, and the Korean war from May 1949 to June 1955.
Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Shirley Lomax; late wife Doris Parker; sons, Lon and Warner Parker.
He is survived by his stepson Charlie (Nelda) Lohse; stepdaughter, Ima Jean (Johnny) Cox; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021, from 2:00-5:00 pm at Vinyard Funeral Home chapel, in Floresville.
A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2021.
