A funeral service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Gateway Baptist Church in Whitehouse. She will be laid to rest at Resthaven Cemetery in Jacksonville. Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville, TX.
LaNell graduated from Jacksonville High School and attended Jacksonville Baptist College. She was a QA inspector for Johnson and Johnson Medical Inc. and was the ISO Coordinator/ Administrator for Western Lithotech. LaNell enjoyed spending her time gardening, writing, and singing. LaNell’s favorite memories were visiting with her children and grandchildren, who will always remember her contagious laugh.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester D. Foreman Sr. and Myrtle James Foreman; sisters Helen Burns and Patsy Berry; and husband, Randy L. Rogers.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Barry Evans of Tyler, Jimmie Evans Jr. of Jacksonville, Kimberly Sellers and husband David of Texarkana, TX; brother, Rev. Lester D. Foreman Jr. and wife Mary of Jacksonville; and sister, Shirley Williams and husband James. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Tabitha Evans, Kylie Evans, Travis Evans, Andrew Evans and wife Amanda, Amber O’Rear, Austin Evans and wife Toni, Alicia Ates and husband Aaron and Krystal Cecil and husband Lee.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Evans, Austin Evans, Travis Evans, Austin Savering, Aaron Ates, and Lee Cecil.
