Ronald E. Swan, 83, of Hopewell Twp., passed away, Thursday, January 27, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley, Beaver.
Born June 16, 1937, in Rochester, a son of the late Robert and Helen (DePaulis) Swan, he was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Hopewell Twp.
A 1956 graduate of Hopewell High School, he retired from LTV Steel after 45 years of service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Frances (Cangiano) Swan in 2002.
He is survived by his son, Ronald C. Swan, of Hopewell Twp.; brothers, James (Suzi) Swan, Arizona, Donald (Barbara) Swan, Hopewell Twp.; his sister, Linda McGarry Lechman, Center Twp, and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Friends will be received Friday from 4pm to 6pm at TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, PA, 15001.
Family and friends will gather Saturday, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Hopewell Twp., where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10am.
Ron will be laid to rest privately, next to his wife, at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Hopewell Twp.
