BRIAN M. LANE
AGE 80 YEARS

Brian M. Lane ~~~ Longtime resident of Natick, more recently of Newton Upper Falls, passed away, January 26, 2021. Loving husband of Mary Ann (Jacques) Lane. Devoted father of Julie Lanza of Needham and Brian Lane of Newton. Proud grandfather of 3 granddaughters. Brother to Sally Gould of Needham, Donald Lane of Contoocook, NH, and the late John R. Lane. Son of the late John A. and Gertrude (Kerivan) Lane.

Brian was raised in Waban. He graduated from Boston College undergraduate and earned an M.B.A from Boston College. He worked in real estate starting in 1975 for Adam & Elise Realty, DeWolfe Realty, and Coldwell Banker. He loved real estate and working with people to help them find the right home, and reluctantly retired a few years ago. He was an active member and past president of Kiwanis Club of Natick, and member of Kiwanis Club of Wellesley.

Brian was dedicated to his hometown of Natick and volunteered at the Natick Service Council food pantry. He was a big fan of BC Hockey and proud of being a BC Double Eagle. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a truly infectious laugh. His career gave him flexibility in his schedule, which allowed him to be an enthusiastic supporter of his children's, and then grandchildren's, many activities. He will be greatly missed.

Arrangements: George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, Needham.
Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham.
