Karen Elizabeth Cook 61, of Sheridan, IL passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at Aperion Care in Marseilles, IL. She was born February 19, 1959 in Sandwich, IL the daughter of Raymond and Gloria (Davis) Cook. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Somonauk, IL. She enjoyed knitting, cooking, baking, gardening, puzzles, and crocheting. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family.
She is survived by her boyfriend of 28 years, Lee Warren of Sheridan, IL; her mother Gloria Cook of Somonauk, IL; one daughter Krysta L. Olson of Sheridan, IL; two brothers, Steve (Carol) Cook of Sycamore, IL and Douglas (Dawn) Cook of Malta, IL; one sister Kris (Bruce) Magnotti of Plano, IL; granddaughter Faith.
She was preceded in death by her father Raymond Cook as well as her one son Chad Hutchinson.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL with pastor Chris Schoon officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Mound Cemetery in Somonauk, IL. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2021 in Somonauk, IL.
