Jessica Lou Rugaber Duncan, age 59, passed away January 26, 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born September 6, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois to John D. Rugaber and Jacqueline F. Hayes. Jessica was a loving person who was always making new friends and she cared about others. She enjoyed music and writing her own poems about things she cared for. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her loving children, Cory Crabb, Curtis Crabb and Sarah Gonzales; grandchildren, and siblings, she was preceded in death by her parents.
