Susan A. Jackson, age 71, of St. Marys, died Monday, January 25, 2021 at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born June 5, 1949 in Mercer County to the late Clarence & Josephine (Billerman) Black. She married Larry Jackson in 1965 and he was killed in Vietnam in 1969. She is survived by a daughter Valerie (Jackson) Cryer & Jerry Meiring; companion for 37 years Mike Smith; his son Aaron Smith and granddaughter Alyssa Smith; siblings Clarence Black Jr (Sheryl-dec); Roberta (Walt) Schmidt and Jim (Connie) Black; and Mike's family mother, Nelva Smith (Arnold-dec); siblings, Francis (June) Smith, Teresa Smith, Doug Smith (dec), Vivian (Carl) Fry and Hope Smith & John Schmidt

She retired from A.A.P. in St. Marys after 25 years. She loved to watch NASCAR, go to Eldora Raceway, and follow the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds.

Private graveside services will be held at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
