Meyer, Bernice Marie, May 13, 1929 - July 17, 2022
With her family by her side, Bernice Marie Meyer passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at the age of 93.
Bernice was a social butterfly and a good listener. She loved to play golf and was a member of the Beaverdale Golf Club. She also enjoyed group activities like bingo, looking after her home and garden, and spending quality time with her family. Bernice had great talent as a seamstress.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Cheryl Johnson (Dave) and Judy Evans (Paul), grandchildren Jennifer Johnson, Tiffany Williamson (Josh), and Brad Evans (Kristin), great-grandchildren Nick Deluca, Madie DeLuca, Ella Gribanov, Ethan Williamson, Evie Williamson, Blake Sarah Anne Evans, and Jagger Lorne Evans, brother Frank Reinhart (Joan), sisters-and-brothers-in-law Dorothy Petteplace, Jean Meyer, Bob Meyer, and Janet Meyer, and many more extended family members.
Bernice was predeceased by her first husband Lorne Meyer, her son Brian Meyer (in infancy), brothers Bruce and his wife Theresa, and John and his wife Myrna, second husband Jim Garner, and many more extended Meyer family members. A private visitation will be held at Barthel Funeral Home, followed by interment at Parklawn Cemetery.
