Joseph Marrett Curtis, age 97, passed away on January 26, 2021.

Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Bednarik), the late Rosemary (nee Austin), the late Janice (nee Heist Sukes).

Loving father of James (the late Peggy ). Michael, Mary Jo Simon (David), Patrick (Janet), Christine Elkanick (Matt), and Ann Schmitt.

Joseph worked for 35 years at American Greetings, Phi Kappa Theta (Case Tech1st Pledge Class of 1941), K of C 3rd and 4th Degree, proud graduate of Cathedral Latin and Case Tech, Registered Professional Engineer

Lieutenant in the Army Air Corp during WWII, American Philatelic Society, Institute of Industrial Engineers, Ad Altare Dei Catholic award advisor for the Boy Scouts, 50+ year volunteer at St. Augustine Manor, and most importantly an avid boater- Dad didn’t get in the water but taught many to ski.

Mass of Christian Burial at St. Angela Merici 20970 Lorain Rd. Cleveland OH. 44126 on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:30 a.m.

Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.

Family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date when it’s safe to gather.
